運輸車隊會在送貨前半小時至一小時聯絡, 如閣下或收貨人士未能於約定時間內收取已訂購之貨品, 本公司將保留權利向該顧客收取額外的送貨費用。  

凡沒有升降機服務之送貨地址, 只送到樓下交收。

村屋及貨車未能直達之地址, 只可於村口或停車場交收。

紅色或黑色暴雨警告, 颱風烈風訊號懸掛生效時, 送貨服務將會延期, 請與我們客服聯絡。

If you have prefer time to delivery please put it on remark or contact us via whatsapp. 

Please note that each order is limited to a single delivery location.

Our delivery team will contact you 0.5-1 hour before delivery, if you or the consignee fails to collect the ordered goods within the agreed time, the company reserves the right to charge the customer an additional delivery fee.

For delivery addresses without elevator, we will only deliver to lobby for delivery.

Village houses and addresses that are not directly accessible by trucks can only be handed over at the village entrance or car park.

Red or black rainstorm warning, when the typhoon gale signal is hoisted, the delivery service will be delayed, please contact our customer service.

Delivery service is not available for the below locations

Outlying Islands, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan
